Level Funded plans are uncerwritten, meaning the risk of the group is determined via an Rx global database (20 or more employees) or by employee medical history disclosed on enrollment applications. Fairly 'healthy' groups may save a great deal of premium and may have an unused portion of premium returned. We highly recommend small employers investigate and quote level funded plans.
